If you learn meditation from anyone who’s not a certified Teacher of the TM Technique, you’re not learning the authentic Transcendental Meditation method.

Your first step is to contact a certified teacher of Transcendental Meditation® and arrange an introductory talk. After that, if you want to proceed, the actual TM technique is taught in 90-minute sessions on four consecutive days. It can be learned only through personalized one-on-one instruction from a certified Teacher of the TM Technique who will work with your individual needs and schedule.
